摘要
针对塑件内滑槽结构在注射成型时如何脱模为研究对象,设计的模具结构采用T型槽内型芯上下运动,通过T型槽侧面斜面力的转换使侧面滑块进行内缩运动,完成成型塑件的内滑槽脱模。模具T型槽内抽芯式滑块结构设计巧妙、紧凑、动作稳定,成型的塑件满足性能需求。
Aiming at how to demoulding the structure of inner slider groove in plastic parts when injection moulding as the research object,the mould structure adopted the T-shaped groove inner core to realise up and down movement,the side slider was made to inside shrink movement by the conversion force of the side inclined surface of the T-shaped groove,which completed the demoulding of the inner sliding groove.The structure design of the T-shaped groove core pulling slider was ingenious,compact and stable,and the molded parts could meet the performance requirements.
