单间室膝关节活动式假体优化设计有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前单髁膝关节假体多为进口,与国内患者膝关节不匹配,植入人体后存在疼痛和假体失效的问题,对活动平台单髁膝关节假体进行优化,使假体更适用于国内患者。建立三维活动平台单髁膝关节假体有限元模型,在标准步态载荷条件下,研究衬垫优化前后的接触应力以及假体的磨损寿命。结果表明:在标准步态加载条件下,聚乙烯衬垫优化前的最大接触应力为14.7 MPa,优化后衬垫接触应力降低了20%,体积磨损量下降了19%。对单髁膝关节置换术的聚乙烯衬垫优化可显著减少假体表面的应力,减少疼痛,改善假体磨损性能,增加假体使用寿命。
