摘要
选择辽宁省章古台樟子松固沙林中9块样地原位布设凋落物分解试验,研究凋落物分解下不同土层深度(0~60 cm)的有机碳、全氮、碱解氮、全磷、有效磷含量及其变化量的动态变化规律。结果表明:T_(1)、T_(2)分解时段(60、120 d)的土壤有机碳含量增长率自表层向深部呈减弱趋势;T_(1)~T_(3)时段(60、180、360 d)土壤碱解氮的变化量随土层的增加而逐渐减小,T_(1)、T_(2)分解时段0~20 cm土层土壤碱解氮与20~60 cm土层土壤存在显著差异(P<0.05);各土层有效磷的变化量最大值均出现在T_(3)时段,各层T_(1)~T_(3)时段土壤有效磷变化量均呈递增趋势,随着凋落物分解时间的增加,各层土壤有效磷增加量渐趋平衡,至后期(T_(4))相差不大。综合来看,研究区沙地土壤全氮、全磷含量变化不显著,而土壤有机碳、碱解氮和有效磷含量及变化量在分解初期表层高于深层,各养分垂向迁移能力表现为有机碳>碱解氮>有效磷。
The dynamics of organic carbon,total nitrogen,available nitrogen,total phosphorus and available phosphorus contents and changes at different soil depths(0-60 cm)under decomposition of litter were investigated in nine in situ plots in Zhangguotai Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica sand-fixing forest in Liaoning Province.The results showed that the growth rate of soil organic carbon content in the T_(1) and T_(2) decomposition period(60,120 d)decreased from the surface to the deep,the change amount of soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in T_(1)-T_(3) period(60,80,360 d)gradually decreased with the increase of soil layer.There was a significant difference between 0-20 cm soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and 20-60 cm soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in T_(1) and T_(2) decomposition periods;the maximum change of available phosphorus in each soil layer appeared in T_(3) period,and the change of available phosphorus in each soil layer from T_(1) to T_(3) period showed an increasing trend.With the increase of litter decomposition time,the change of available phosphorus in each soil layer gradually balanced,and there was no significant difference in the later period(T_(4)).On the whole,the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the study area did not change significantly,but the content and variation of soil organic carbon,available nitrogen and available phosphorus were higher in the surface layer than in the deep layer at the initial stage of decomposition,and the vertical migration ability of each nutrient was organic carbon>available nitrogen>available phosphorus.
