摘要
针对“运动控制系统”课程在传统教学中,学生缺少实际控制单元设计与工程化实践训练的问题,探讨基于STM32-MAT/Target的交流电机矢量控制系统设计实践教学方法。采用STM32单片机开发交流电机驱动控制实验平台,利用Matlab/Simulink与STM32-MAT/Target代码生成技术,构建从纯软件仿真、半实物仿真,到实物实验的实践教学过程。通过仿真与实验结合,益于学生掌握交流电机矢量控制原理及其系统设计过程。
Aiming at the problem that students lack engineering training of actual control unit design and development in traditional teaching of Motion Control System Course,this paper discusses the practical teaching method of AC motor vector control system design based on STM32-MAT/Target.Using the AC motor drive control experiment platform developed on STM32 microcontroller,and Matlab/Simulink and STM32-MAT/Target code generation technology,the practical teaching process is constructed from pure software simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation to physical experiment.Through the combination of simulation and experiment,it is beneficial for students to understand the principle and the design process of AC motor vector control system.
