考虑运距与温度的地铁板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土性能调控研究 被引量:3

Research on performance control of self-compacting concrete for subway slab ballastless track considering haul distance and temperature

摘要 针对地铁板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土施工过程中因运距远、温度高导致的流动性损失、难以施工问题,通过模拟灌板试验,研究不同工况下自密实混凝土流动性调控技术。结果表明,地下运输距离较短时(小于5km),自密实混凝土采用普通型减水剂即可满足施工要求;地下运输距离较长时(大于5km),为保证自密实混凝土有较好的流动性能,需加入超缓凝型减水剂才满足施工要求;当温度在20℃左右时,掺入3.0%普通型减水剂的自密实混凝土流动性良好,满足施工要求;当温度高于35℃时,掺入2.8%缓凝型减水剂以改善自密实混凝土的保坍性和流动性,满足施工要求。 Aiming at the problem of fluidity loss and difficult construction caused by long distance and high temperature during the construction of self-compacting concrete for subway slab ballastless track, this paper studies the fluidity control technology of self-compacting concrete under different working conditions by simulating the slab filling experiment. The results show that when the underground haul distance is short(less than 5km), the self-compacting concrete can meet the construction requirements by using ordinary water reducer. When the underground haul distance is long(more than 5km),in order to ensure that the self-compacting concrete still has good flow properties, it is necessary to add super-retarding water reducing agent to meet the construction requirements. When the temperature is around 20°C, the self-compacting concrete mixed with 3.0% ordinary water reducing agent has good fluidity and meets the construction requirements.When the temperature is higher than 35℃, 2.8% retarder water reducing agent is added to improve the slump retention and fluidity of self-compacting concrete and meet the construction requirements.
