摘要
政治话语是党和国家价值理念与路线、方针、政策的具体反映,是一种关于政治实践的纲领性建构。建党百年来,中国共产党展现出强大的政治话语生产能力和创新能力,在不同的历史时期构建出以“革命”“建设”“改革”为核心的政治话语。中国共产党的政治话语是其领导革命、建设、改革具体情境中的产物,蕴含着阐释政党使命目标、实现组织动员、传播意识形态、引导社会变革与国家现代化发展的重要功能。中国共产党在政治话语的构建历程中坚持马克思主义中国化,坚持以人民为中心,坚持实事求是,不断加强话语创新与调适,持续促进国际交流与对话,积累了一系列成熟的政治话语生产与传播经验。深刻把握中国共产党政治话语的发展逻辑与基本经验,不仅有利于阐释党领导中国式现代化发展的历史经验,而且对于新时代中国特色社会主义政治话语的生产与传播具有深远意义。
Political discourse is a concrete reflection of the values,lines,principles and policies of the party and the state,a programmatic construction of political practice.Over the past hundred years since the founding of the Party,the CPC has demonstrated its strong production capacity and ability to create political discourse,constructing political discourse with“revolution”,“construction”and“reform”as its core in different historical periods.The political discourse of the CPC is a product of its leadership in the specific context of revolution,construction,reform and the new era,and contains the value functions of explaining the mission and goals of political parties,achieving organizational mobilization,spreading ideology,and guiding social change and national modernization and development.In its century-long construction of political discourse,the CPC has adhered to the localization of Marxism,adhered to the people-centered approach,adhered to seeking truth from facts,continuously strengthened discourse innovation and adaptation,and continuously promoted international exchange and dialogue,accumulating a series of mature experiences in the production and dissemination of political discourse.A thorough grasp of the century-long development logic and basic experience of the political discourse of the CPC,will not only be conducive to interpreting the historical experience of the CPC leading Chinese path to modernization,but also have far-reaching significance for the production and dissemination of socialist political discourse with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
