摘要
目的 观察七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉对开颅手术患者血流动力学、应激反应的影响。方法 选取2018年5月至2020年5月收治的87例脑肿瘤手术患者为研究对象,均给予瑞芬太尼靶控输注治疗,根据随机数字表法分为七氟醚组(七氟醚吸入治疗,n=43例)与丙泊酚组(丙泊酚治疗,n=44例),对比两组患者血流动力学、应激反应的变化。结果 组间比较,七氟醚组开颅30min、手术结束时心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SPO_(2))、无创血压(MAP)水平低于丙泊酚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,七氟醚组开颅30min、手术结束时皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素、血糖水平低于丙泊酚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 七氟醚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉利于抑制开颅手术患者血流动力学波动,调控术中机体应激反应。
Objective To observe the influence of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia on hemodynamics and stress response in patients undergoing craniotomy.Methods Between May 2018 and May 2020,87 patients undergoing craniotomy were enrolled in this study.All of them were given target-controlled infusion of remifentanil.On this basis, patients receiving sevoflurane inhalation were included in the sevoflurane group(43 cases),while those receiving propofol therapy were included in the propofol group(44 cases).Changes in hemodynamics and stress response were compared between the two groups.Results Heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(SPO_(2)),non-invasive blood pressure(MAP),levels of cortisol, norepinephrine, and blood glucose of sevoflurane group at 30min after the beginning of craniotomy and at the end of operation were lower than those of propofol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia is beneficial to suppress hemodynamic fluctuations in patients undergoing craniotomy and regulate the stress response during operation.
