摘要
社会步入信息化大数据时代,从档案管理的法理、政策及业务背景视角出发,利用信息技术探索档案智能化管理模式,提升档案管理的现代化智能水平,是当下档案管理模式转变的必然趋势。通过研究档案智能化管理的内容及应遵循的原则,明确了实现档案智能化管理模式的发展方向。引入和借鉴“块数据”概念,分析其在档案智能化管理模式探索上的工具价值,并就利用“块数据”打造档案智能化管理模式提出针对性对策,希望以此推动档案管理事业智能化水平的提升。
The society has stepped into the era of big data.It is an inevitable trend to transform archives management mode by taking advantage of information technology to explore the intelligent management mode and improving the modern intelligent level of archives management from the perspective of legal principle,policy and business background of archives management.By studying the contents and principles of intelligent archives management,this paper clarifies the development direction of intelligent archives management mode.It introduces and refers to the concept of block data to analyze its tool value in the exploration of intelligent management mode of archives,puts forward targeted countermeasures in using block data to build an intelligent archives management mode,hoping to promote the intelligent level of archives management.
