摘要
高校社交媒体信息是学校教学、科研和管理活动的原始记录,在保障高校数据安全、服务立德树人、提供决策支持方面发挥重要作用,但实践层面归档力度有待提高。智慧校园的蓬勃发展带来新的契机,运用人工智能、云计算、大数据、虚拟现实等关键技术能够有效解决高校社交媒体信息采集、价值鉴定、信息组织、信息存储中的难点和痛点。
Social media information in colleges is the original record of teaching,scientific research and management activities,which plays an important role in ensuring the security of college data,serving moral education and providing decision-making support.However,the archiving awareness in practice needs to be improved.The vigorous development of smart campus brings new opportunities.Key technologies such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,big data and virtual reality can effectively solve the difficulties and pain points in college social media information collection,value identification,information organization and information storage.
