摘要
为了解决动车组司机室结构前端空间紧张和列车碰撞吸能能力不足的难题,文章提出一种组合式吸能装置,并通过有限元仿真分析和动态冲击试验对吸能过程和防爬性能进行验证。仿真分析和试验结果均表明,该组合式吸能装置满足标准EN 15227-2008+A1-2010的要求,碰撞过程中的压溃力平稳,变形有序可控。
In order to solve the problems of space shortage at the front end of the cab structure and insufficient energy absorption capacity of train collision, a combined energy absorption device is proposed in this paper. The energy absorption process and anti-climbing performance are verified by finite element simulation analysis and dynamic impact tests. The simulation analysis and test results show that the combined energy absorption device meets the requirements of standard EN 15227-2008 + A1-2010, and the crushing force during the collision process is stable and the deformation is orderly and controllable.
