摘要
前牙美学区牙齿缺失往往会影响患者的发音、咀嚼及美观,甚至会导致患者产生负面的心理情绪。近年来随着种植技术的发展,种植医生在保证种植修复高成功率的同时,更加注重如何采取快速、微创的治疗方法,尽早恢复缺牙区的功能与美观。尤其在前牙美学区,软硬组织轮廓的恢复是影响美学效果的关键因素,种植时机的选择对能否获得良好的软硬组织轮廓至关重要。国内外学者针对种植体植入时机报道了多项研究结果,但观点不一,文章就前牙美学区种植时机的选择做一阐述。
Tooth loss in the aesthetic area of anterior teeth often affects patients′pronunciation,chewing and aesthetics,and even leads to negative psychological emotions.In recent years,with the development of implant technology,surgeons pay more attention to how to adopt rapid and minimally invasive treatment methods to restore the function and aesthetics of the missing tooth area as soon as possible while ensuring a high success rate of implant restoration.Especially in the anterior teeth aesthetic area,the restoration of the soft and hard tissue contour is a key factor affecting the aesthetic effect.The choice of implant timing is crucial to whether a good soft and hard tissue contour can be obtained.Scholars at home and abroad have reported on the timing of implant placement.There is a number of research results,but with different views.This article makes a review on the choice of implant timing in the anterior aesthetic area.
