摘要
我国碳达峰碳中和目标、碳捕集利用储存的需求为火电厂烟气脱硫技术的进步带来了机遇,某公司开发的新型脱硫剂提升了其脱硫脱碳的性能,但其对脱硫塔内部树脂基玻璃鳞片内衬作用机制仍不明确,存在应用风险。为了研究乙烯基玻璃鳞片内衬防腐涂层耐新型纳米脱硫剂腐蚀老化作用的影响,本研究设计开展含不同浓度新型脱硫剂的浆液浸泡模拟试验。通过对浸泡试验前后的涂层样品进行宏观质量与外观、表面微观形貌、巴氏硬度、耐磨性能和力学强度测试,分析了涂层腐蚀老化行为与规律,揭示了其可能的失效机理。试验结果表明随着浆液浸泡试验时间的增加,涂层样品出现不同程度的腐蚀老化现象,样品质量吸水增重,表层出现鼓包现象,SEM结果表明表面局部粉化,样品巴氏硬度、耐磨性能、力学强度均呈现较明显的下降趋势。因此,本研究建议在树脂基玻璃鳞片防腐涂层的实际应用中应提高性能和工艺要求,选择合适的玻璃鳞片种类以及树脂基材料,将有利于新型纳米脱硫剂的成功应用。
China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and the demand for carbon capture,utilization and storage have brought opportunities for the progress of flue gas desulfurization technology in thermal power plants. A new type of desulfurizer developed by a company has improved its desulfurization and decarburization performance, but its mechanism for the role of resin-based glass flake lining inside the desulfurization tower is still unclear. There are application risks. In order to study the influence of vinyl ester glass flake lining anti-corrosion coating on the corrosion and aging resistance for the new type desulfurizer, this study designed a slurry immersion simulation test with different concentrations of new desulfurizer. The coating samples before and after immersion test were tested for macro quality and appearance, surface micro morphology, Barcol scale of hardness,wear resistance and mechanical strength. The behavior and rule of corrosion and aging of coatings were analyzed, and the possible failure mechanism was revealed. The test results show that with the increase of the slurry immersion test time, coating samples showed different degrees of corrosion and aging, the mass of samples increased with water absorption, and there has been blister phenomenon on the surface of some samples. The SEM results show that the surface was partially powdered, and the samples’ hardness, wear resistance, and mechanical strength all decreased obviously. Therefore, it is suggests that the performance and process requirements should be improved in the practical application of resin-based glass flake anti-corrosion coatings. The selection of appropriate glass flake types and resin-based materials will be conducive to successful application of the new desulfurizer.
