摘要
目前慢性肾病发病率不断上升,但缺乏有效防治肾病药物。发现和确认治疗肾病新的药物靶点、研发和合理应用防治肾病药物是人类健康的迫切需求,也是肾脏药理学的热点研究领域。近年来,肾脏药理学领域的基础研究热点和临床关注重点包括治疗免疫相关肾病药物、新型糖皮质激素、治疗多囊肾病药物、治疗尿酸性肾病药物、治疗肾结石药物、治疗肾性贫血药物和利尿药等新药研发,以及对肾有损伤作用的药物和肾损伤标志物研究。本文对肾脏药理学未来发展趋势亦予以了展望。
The incidence of chronic kidney disease is increasing,but there is a lack of effective drugs to prevent and treat renal diseases.Better human health requires the discovery and confirmation of new drug targets for the treatment of renal diseases,which have be come an area of intensine study in renal pharmacology.The hotspots for basic research and key clinical concerns in the field of renal pharmacology in recent years include the research and development of new drugs for immune-related renal diseases,novel glucocorticoids,drugs for polycystic kidney disease,drugs for uric acid nephropathy,drugs for kidney stones,diuretics and other new drugs,as well as drugs with kidney injury effects and markers of kidney injury.This paper also outlines future developments in renal pharmacology.
