摘要
目的:构建神经系统变性疾病知识图谱,为疾病的早期诊断提供参考。方法:借鉴七步法构建神经系统变性疾病知识图谱的模式层,以神经系统变性疾病相关临床指南及专家共识和医学教材作为知识源,抽取出特定的实体及实体之间的关系,并将其存储于Neo4j图数据库,基于Python编程将实体关系三元组可视化,生成神经系统变性疾病知识图谱。结果:所构建的神经系统变性疾病知识图谱可以通过Cypher语言进行知识查询,得到图谱化展示的查询结果;可用于临床决策支持,通过知识推理,根据患者信息给出可能的疾病诊断结果。结论:神经系统变性疾病知识图谱的构建,方便医生及时获取诊疗知识,可作为构建临床决策支持系统的基础。
Objective To construct a knowledge graph of neurodegenerative diseases to provide reference for early diagnosis of the diseases.Methods Based on the seven-step method,the mode layer of the knowledge graph of neurodegenerative diseases was built.By taking clinical guidelines,expert consensus and medical textbooks related to neurodegenerative diseases as the knowledge source,specific entities and relationships between entities were extracted and stored in the Neo4j graph database.And through Python programming,the entity triples were visualized and the knowledge graph of neurodegenerative diseases was generated.Results The constructed knowledge graph of neurodegenerative diseases can be used for knowledge query through Cypher language to obtain visualized query results,it can be used for clinical decision support to give possible disease diagnosis results based on patient information through knowledge inference.Conclusion The construction of the knowledge graph of neurodegenerative diseases facilitates doctors to obtain diagnosis and treatment knowledge in time,and can be used as the basis for building clinical decision support system.
