摘要
实践课程是高校专业培养计划实施的重要环节,许多高校在对实验设备加大投入的同时并未重视实验室人员队伍建设和管理,存在人员定位不明、配置不合理和管理不善等问题。通过分析高校实验室人员现状,从清晰定岗、因岗设人、按岗轮值三个方面进行了管理探究,有效提高了实验室利用率,以期为实验室人员管理提供借鉴与参考。
Practical courses are an important part of the professional training plan of universities.Many universities don’t pay enough attention to laboratory team building and management while increasing the investment in experimental equipment.There are problems such as unclear positioning of personnel,unreasonable configuration and Mismanagement.The article analyzes the status quo of university experimental staff,and research the clear definition of posts,the assignment of personnel according to posts,and the staff rotation,thus effectively increase the utilization rate of the laboratory.It could provide references for the management of experimental staff.
