摘要
为提高超声波流量计的测量精度,通过对不同信号处理方法的探讨,用基于时差法超声波流量计关键技术之一的回波信号处理方法,在双阈值法基础上提出了跟踪回波幅值的增益控制法,以确定回波中特征波的位置、修正超声波传播时间的偏差。相比于传统超声波回波信号处理方法,该方法具有算法简单、实时性强、参考目标明确等特点。描述了时差法流量计的测量原理以及影响因素。分析了超声波的幅值特性。介绍了跟踪回波幅值的增益控制法的电路基本组成和软件流程。解决了复杂工况条件下测量稳定性差的问题。通过流量标定试验和数据比较,证明所提方法的测量结果优于采用双阈值法的测量结果,并且流量计测量精度和稳定性得到提高。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeter,through the discussion of different signal processing methods,with the echo signal processing method based on one of the key technologies of the time-difference method ultrasonic flowmeter,the gain control method for tracking the echo amplitude is proposed on the basis of the dual threshold method to determine the position of the characteristic wave in the echo and correct the deviation of the ultrasonic wave propagation time.Compared with the traditional ultrasonic echo signal processing method,the method has the features of simple algorithm,strong real-time,and clear reference target.The measurement principle of the time difference method flowmeter and the influencing factors are described.The amplitude characteristics of ultrasonic waves is analyzed.The basic composition of the circuit and software process of the gain control method for tracking the echo amplitude is introduced.The problem of poor measurement stability under complex working conditionsis is solved.Through the flow calibration test and data comparison,it is proved that the measurement result of the proposed method is better than that of the dual threshold method,and the measurement accuracy and stability of the flowmeter is improved.
