基于改进DP算法的多交叉口云端巡航策略

摘要 车速诱导技术是车联网环境下智慧交通系统的重要一环,车速诱导给驾驶员提供较为经济或较为省时的参考车速。以城市区域连续多交叉口条件下车辆的经济行驶车速为研究对象,以动态规划(Dynamic programming,DP)算法为基础进行求解。DP算法可保证结果全局最优,但需要遍历的车速曲线数量庞大,求解各条车速曲线对应的油耗计算量过大。采用并行分布式的云计算理念对DP算法作改进,新算法命名为改进动态规划化(Improved dynamic programming,IDP)算法,使得计算速度满足实时应用要求,且能耗表现接近DP算法的全局最优。 Speed-guidance technology is an important part of intelligent transportation system in the environment of Internet of vehicles.Speed-guidance provides drivers with more economical or time-saving reference speed.The research object of this paper is the economic driving speed of vehicles at continuous multiple intersections in urban areas.The solution is based on dynamic programming(DP)algorithm.In view of the characteristics that the dynamic programming algorithm has the global optimal result,but the operation time is too long and can only be used offline,the concept and method of cloud cruise are proposed.The parallel transformation of DP algorithm based on Cloud-Servers makes the computing speed meet the requirements of real-time application,and the energy consumption performance is close to the global optimization of DP algorithm.
