摘要
依托某小区建筑规划设计,分析了现代小区建筑规划设计的特点与重要性,指出现代小区建筑规划设计的基本原则,探究了在城镇化背景下,现代小区建筑规划设计要合理进行建筑空间布局设计,暖通系统设计、水系统设计、室内外环境设计,提升建筑绿化率,确保现代小区建筑能满足居民的个性化需求。
Based on the architectural planning and design of a community,this paper analyzes the characteristics and importance of modern community architectural planning and design,and points out the basic principles of modern community architectural planning and design,explores that in the context of urbanization,the planning and design of modern residential buildings should reasonably carry out the design of building space layout,HVAC system design,water system design,indoor and outdoor environment design to improve the greening rate of buildings,ensure that modern residential buildings can meet the personalized needs of residents.
