摘要
凭借具有主题性的馆藏资源和服务形式,主题图书馆在文旅融合的时代背景下形成了独特的旅游吸引力。文章从服务设计的视角对典型主题图书馆的服务现状展开调研,通过服务系统分析洞察其中的痛点与机会点,提出相应的设计原则及策略,以期为提升主题图书馆文旅体验、促进主题图书馆可持续发展探索路径。
With thematic resources and service forms,the theme library has formed a unique tourism attraction in the context of cultural and tourism integration.This article investigates the service status of typical theme libraries from the perspective of service design,analyzes the service system to gain insight into the pain points and opportunities,and puts forward corresponding design principles and strategies,with a view to exploring ways to improve the cultural tourism experience and promote the sustainable development of theme libraries.
