摘要
为阐明新型植物生长调节剂二氢卟吩铁(ICe6)影响花针期干旱及复水后花生光合特性的生理机制,于2021和2022年在江苏省农业科学院防雨旱棚内进行盆栽试验,研究干旱及复水后ICe6对花生光合特性及干物质积累与分配的影响。结果表明:干旱结束时,干旱胁迫显著降低了花生叶片的光合参数和RuBPCase活性,光合基因AhRuBP相对表达量下调、AhPORA上调,喷施ICe6显著提高干旱植株叶片的净光合速率(P_(n))和蒸腾速率(T_(r)),叶片AhPORA和AhLHCB3的基因相对表达量亦显著上调,叶片干物质分配比例增加,胁迫指数WSI降低。复水后第7天,干旱胁迫植株的光合参数迅速恢复,喷施ICe6的干旱植株的Tr、RuBPCase活性显著大于喷施清水植株,Tr两年增幅为11.7%和20.8%,RuBPCase活性增幅达14.9%和69.9%;AhRuBP基因相对表达量亦显著上调。复水后第20天,喷施ICe6的干旱植株叶绿素a(Chl a)含量、P_(n)、气孔导度(G_(s))、Tr、RuBPCase活性仍显著高于喷施清水处理;喷施ICe6亦显著提升植株的生殖生长,荚果干物质量增加26.7%,荚果干物质分配比例增大15.6%。综上所述,ICe6可以显著提升干旱胁迫下花生叶片的光合性能,并促进复水后花生光合性能的快速恢复。
In order to elucidate the physiological mechanism of the new plant growth regulator iron chlorin e6(ICe6) affecting the photosynthetic characteristics of peanut after drought and rewatering at the flowering-pegging stage, a pot experiment was carried out in the rain proof shelter in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2021 to 2022 to study the effects of ICe6 on photosynthesis and dry matter accumulation and distribution of peanut after drought and rewatering. The results showed that at the end of drought, drought stress significantly reduced the photosynthetic parameters and RuBPCase activity of peanut leaves, while the relative expression of photosynthetic gene AhRuBP was down-regulated and AhPORA was up-regulated. However, the net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)) and transpiration rate(T_(r)) of peanut leaves sprayed with ICe6 increased significantly under drought, and the relative expression levels of AhPORA and AhLHCB3 genes in leaves were significantly up-regulated too. Meanwhile, the proportion of dry matter distribution in leaves increased, and the WSI of plants decreased. On the 7th day after rewatering, the photosynthetic parameters of drought-stressed plants recovered rapidly. The Trand RuBPCase activities of drought-stressed plants sprayed with ICe6 were significantly higher than those sprayed with water, with Trincreased by 11.7% and 20.8% in two years, and RuBPCase activity increased by 14.9% and 69.9%. At the same time, the relative expression of AhRuBP gene was significantly up-regulated. On the 20th day after rewatering, the chlorophyll a(Chl a) content, P_(n), stomatal conductance(G_(s)), Trand RuBPCase activity of drought plants sprayed with ICe6 were still significantly higher than those sprayed with water. Spraying ICe6 also significantly improved the reproductive growth of plants, the pod dry mass increased by 26.7%, while the pod dry matter distribution ratio increased by 15.6%.
