摘要
为了保证柴油机顺利起动,并进一步提升起动机齿轮的可靠性、减少噪音,提出了起动机齿轮、柴油机齿圈啮合的计算方法以及评价标准。首先,确定齿轮、齿圈不发生干涉的必要条件,保证柴油机能够起动;其次,研究分析齿轮、齿圈重合度、侧隙、顶隙等参数,保证啮合和平顺行,实践证明过大或过小均会影响起动机齿轮的强度和起动噪声。
In order to ensure the smooth start of the diesel engine,And further improve the reliability of starter gear,reduce noise,The calculation method and evaluation standard of gear meshing of starter gear and diesel engine gear ring are presented.First,Determine the necessary conditions for the non-interference of gears and gear rings,Ensure that the diesel engine can be started.Finally,Analyze the parameters of gear,gear ring,backlash and top clearance,Ensure meshing and smooth running,Practice has proved that too large or too small will affect the strength and starting noise of starter gear.
