砖瓦窑行业二氧化硫减排及控制技术

摘要 我国砖瓦生产规模大、产量大,二氧化硫排放总量高,是我国大气污染防控的重点行业。本文针对砖瓦行业二氧化硫的形成机理及危害,结合砖瓦窑行业制备工艺原理,对砖瓦行业二氧化硫控制技术原理,特点及应用进行了介绍,包括源头消减、过程控制、石灰石-石膏法脱硫技术、双碱法脱硫技术和半干法脱硫技术,砖瓦企业可根据企业自身工艺特点及地方要求的不同选择合适的脱硫技术。 Large scale production of bricks and tiles in China,and the total amount of sulfur dioxide emission is high,which is atmospheric pollution prevention and control of key industries in our country.According to the formation mechanism and endanger of sulfur dioxide in brick and tile industry,combined with the process principle of brick and tile kiln,the principle,characteristics and application of sulphur dioxide control technology in the brick and tile industry were introduced,including source abatement,process control,limestone-gypsum desulfurization technology,double alkali desulfurization technology and semi-dry desulphurisation technology,brick and tile enterprises can choose suitable desulfurization technology according to their own process characteristics and local requirements.
