摘要
选用磺胺嘧啶、普鲁卡因、4-乙酰氨基比林等16种常见痕量抗生素,通过优化色谱条件和固相萃取方法,确定水体中常见痕量抗生素的最佳测定方法。选用5 mL/min为固相萃取上样流速,10%甲醇溶液作为固相萃取淋洗浓度,甲醇-乙腈(1∶1)含0.1%甲酸的混合溶液和8 mmol/L甲酸铵溶液(含0.1%甲酸)为流动相,使用HLB固相萃取柱分离富集待测物,收集洗脱液后经超高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行分析,实现水体中多种痕量抗生素的同步准确检测。
An analysis method for 16 antibiotics in water including sulfadiazine,procaine and 4-acetamidopyrine was developed by the optimization of chromatographic conditions and solid-phase extraction procedures.Overall,the sample flow rate of solid phase extraction was selected at 5 mL/min,10%methanol solution was used as the elution of solid phase extraction,methanol-acetonitrile(1∶1)mixed solution containing 0.1%formic acid and 8 mmol/L ammonium formate solution(containing 0.1%formic acid)as the mobile phase,HLB solid phase extraction column was used to separate and enrich the analyte,and the targets in eluate was collected and detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
