摘要
目的:分析终末期肾病高通量血液透析(HFHD)患者心理状态的影响因素。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年7月该院收治的109例终末期肾病患者进行前瞻性研究,采用心理状态症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估患者心理状态,采用多元线性回归方程分析终末期肾病HFHD患者心理状态的影响因素。结果:109例终末期肾病HFHD患者的SCL-90评分为(189.37±20.44)分;不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状态、透析时间、家庭人均月收入水平的终末期肾病HFHD患者SCL-90评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、婚姻状态、透析时间、家庭人均月收入、文化程度均为影响终末期肾病HFHD患者心理状态的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、婚姻状态、透析时间、家庭人均月收入、文化程度均为影响终末期肾病HFHD患者心理状态的危险因素。
Objective:To observe influencing factors of psychological status in patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing high-flux hemodialysis(HFHD).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 109 patients with end-stage renal disease admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to July 2021.The psychological state symptom checklist(SCL-90)score was evaluated by using the questionnaire.Multivariate linear regression equation was used to analyze the influencing factors of SCL-90 scores in the patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing HFHD.Results:The SCL-90 score of the 109 patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing HFHD was(189.37±20.44)points.There were statistically significant differences in the SCL-90 scores among the patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing HFHD with different ages,educational levels,marital status,dialysis time,and family per capita monthly(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,marital status,dialysis time,family per capita monthly income,and education level were all risk factors affecting the psychological status of the patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing HFHD(P<0.05).Conclusions:Age,marital status,dialysis time,family per capita monthly income,and education level are all the risk factors affecting the psychological status of the patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing HFHD.
