TGIC体系高韧性干混消光粉末涂料用低酸值聚酯树脂的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研制适合后加工涂装的高韧性干混消光粉末涂料,以不同的二元醇和酸解剂制备了低酸值聚酯树脂,通过拉伸测试、差示扫描量热(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了机械性能、固化动力学参数、涂层微观结构。结果表明:1,2-丙二醇和丁二醇可以明显提升聚酯树脂的折弯性能和耐冲击性,同时涂膜的断裂伸长率较高。线型脂肪族酸解剂可以赋予聚酯树脂良好的机械性能,且降低固化体系的表观活化能。制备的粉末涂层在室温、延时60 d、冷冻条件下折弯均通过,满足粉末涂料后加工的涂装要求。涂层光泽(60°)为28,表面平整细腻,同时还具备良好的耐候性。 Polyester resin with low acid value was synthesized with diacid and acidolysis agent to prepare high flexible dry-blended matt powder coatings based on TGIC.Effect of mechanical properties,curing kinetic parameters,coating microstructure on the properties of polyester resin were analyzed by tensile test,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that 1,2-PDO and BDO significantly improved the bending and impact properties of polyester,and the elongation at break of the prepared coating film was higher.The linear aliphatic acidolysis agent imparted good mechanical properties to the resin,and reduced the apparent activation energy of the system.The powder coating passed the bending under the conditions of room temperature,delay of 60 days and freezing,which met the coating requirements of powder coating post-processing.The coating gloss was 28,the surface was smooth,and it also had good weather resistance.
