摘要
文中针对煤炭码头采用的大型取料机回转部位钢结构进行检测和分析,制定了其安全性检测流程,依据此流程采用无损检测、动态应力测试的手段分别对于局部腐蚀情况、整体应力分布情况开展检测,并进行疲劳寿命的计算。依据此流程判定了煤炭码头R5取料机回转钢结构不安全,主要问题产生于板材以及焊缝的锈蚀。测试结果也证明了该流程能够从多个层次有效判定R5取料机钢结构的安全性,同时为其他取料机相关检测流程的制定提供依据。
For the inspection and analysis of the steel structure of the rotary mechanism of the large reclaimer in the coal terminal,the safety inspection process is established.According to this process,nondestructive inspection and dynamic stress test are used to inspect the local corrosion and the overall stress distribution,and the fatigue life is calculated.According to this process The revolving steel structure of coal terminal R5 reclaimer is unsafe,which is mainly due to the corrosion of plates and welding seams.The test results also prove that this process can effectively judge the safety of steel structure of R5 reclaimer from multiple levels,and at the same time provide a basis for the formulation of relevant testing processes of other reclaimers.
