摘要
文中对防爆场车认证缺乏强制性、地域差异大、市场潜力大、市场不规范的情况进行梳理。结合现场经验总结防爆场车认证中常见问题:电气部件及电气线路、机械部件、内燃机、电池4个方面,从控制电气火花、机械火花和高温热表面、静电方面有针对性提出关键控制措施。提出了全新制造出厂防爆场车可不进行防爆认证,改造出厂防爆场车应进行防爆认证的看法。
The author describes the lack of compulsory certification of explosion-proof field vehicles,large regional differences,great market potential and nonstandard market.Combined with the field experience,the common problems in the certification of explosion-proof field vehicles are summarized,including electrical components and circuits,mechanical components,internal combustion engines and batteries.The key control measures to control electric spark,mechanical spark,high-temperature hot surface and static electricity are given.It is proposed that the newly manufactured ex-factory explosionproof field vehicle can be exempted from explosion-proof certification,and the ex-factory explosion-proof field vehicle should be reformed.
