摘要
转型发展既是高职院校突破同质化发展困境的重要方式,也是高职院校自身改革与质量提升的内在要求,更是高职院校内涵式发展的必由之路。内涵式发展视域下,高职院校陷入同质化发展、校企合作持续性不足、资源配置结构性较差及人才培养贡献率较低等现实困境。对此,高职院校应构建自身转型发展模式,明确转型发展的切入点、突破点、核心点及动力点,实现高职院校转型发展。
Transformation and development is not only an important way for higher vocational colleges to break through the dilemma of homogeneous development, but also an internal requirement for their own reform and quality improvement. It is also the only way for higher vocational colleges to implement the connotative development. From the perspective of connotative development,higher vocational colleges fall into such realistic difficulties as homogenization of development, insufficient continuity of school-enterprise cooperation, poor resource allocation structure and low contribution rate of talents cultivation. In this regard, higher vocational colleges should build their own transformation and development model, define the entry point, breakthrough point, core point and driving point of transformation and development, so as to realize the transformation and development of higher vocational colleges.
