摘要
为研究球壳试件在水下高压环境下的应力分布及量值,对试件进行理论和数值分析,明确了球壳沟槽处的应力集中位置;设计了一套应变测试方案,利用高压环境模拟试验装置,采用可靠的水密处理工艺,对球壳试件开展了实测研究。研究结果表明,在12.5 MPa极限水压环境下,球壳试件结构强度满足设计指标;结构对称位置应力值相当,纵向和环向沟槽处应力分布均匀;水密处理工艺满足极限水压环境下的使用要求。
As an important component of the deep-sea platform,the bearing capacity of the spherical shell structure in extreme high-pressure underwater environment plays an important role in the reliability and safety of the system.In order to study the stress distribution and magnitude of the spherical shell specimen in the high-pressure underwater environment,this paper analyzes the specimen theoretically and numerically,and determines the stress concentration position at the groove of the spherical shell.On this basis,a set of underwater strain test scheme is designed,and the spherical shell specimens are measured and studied by using the high-pressure environment simulation test device in the reliable watertight treatment process.The results show that the structural strength of the spherical shell specimen meets the design index under the extreme underwater environment of 12.5 MPa.The stress values at the symmetrical positions of the structure are consistent,and the stress distribution at the longitudinal and circumferential grooves is uniform.The watertight treatment process can meet the service requirements under extreme water pressure environment.
