基于SCADA的筒弹自动化装填测量方法研究

摘要 在发射筒和导弹装填过程中,采用吊车和人工配合的方式劳动强度大,效率低且装配精度不高容易对筒弹造成损伤,装配后另需吊装到测量平台。为了实现筒弹装填测量的快速、安全,满足常态化高强密度发射形势下筒弹快速、批量研制,研发一种基于SCADA的筒弹装填测量一体化设备,可实现筒弹的装填自动化,测量自动化等功能。实验结果表明所开发的基于SCADA的筒弹装填测量一体化设备可完成多种型号筒弹的装填测量,装填效率高,测量精度高。 At present,in the loading process of a launcher and a missile,cranes and manual cooperation are used to complete the loading,which is labor intensive,inefficient,low in assembly precision and easy to damage the barrel.After assembly,the barrel bomb needs to be hoisted to the measuring platform to measure the weight,length and centroid of the barrel bomb.In order to meet the requirements of fast and safe loading measurement and rapid and batch development of barrel bombs under normal high-density launch situations,a kind of integrated equipment for cartridge loading and measurement based on SCADA is developed,which mainly realizes the functions of cartridge loading automation and measurement automation.The experimental results show that the developed integrated equipment for cartridge loading and measurement based on SCADA can complete the loading and measurement of various types of cartridges with high loading efficiency and measurement accuracy.
