摘要
文中分析了蠕动泵灌装产生误差的原因,并对评定误差做出分析总结。蠕动泵灌装误差主要有3个部分构成,包括系统误差、随机误差和软管形变误差。系统误差还包括制造误差和相位误差。通过分析和实验确定了评定蠕动泵灌装误差的方法——当每次灌装取脉冲的余数接近0.5但不等于0.5时测得的误差为最大误差,并对测试最大误差的方法加以分析和总结,使用文中提到的方法可以准确测得蠕动泵灌装的最大误差,从而为用户选择和使用蠕动泵作参考。
The causes of filling error of peristaltic pump was analyzed, and some analysis and summary on the evaluation error was made in this paper. The filling error of peristaltic pump mainly consists of three parts, including systematic error, random error and hose deformation error. System error also includes manufacturing error and phase error. Through analysis and experiment, the method of evaluating the filling error of peristaltic pump is determined. When the remainder of pulse in each filling is close to 0.5 but not equal to 0.5, the measured error is the maximum error. The methods of testing the maximum error are analyzed and summarized. The maximum error of peristaltic pump filling can be accurately measured by using the methods mentioned in this paper, so as to provide reference for users to select and use peristaltic pump.
