基于原因后果(CCA)法对粮堆粮温升高事件分析

摘要 粮堆是粮食储藏的基本形态,它是由粮粒堆聚而成的群体。在储粮生态系统中,粮堆与其他因素相互作用,反映出多种物理属性,粮堆发热就是其中一个不可规避的粮食特性,粮堆发热是影响储粮安全的危险信号。对粮堆进行客观性安全评价,可以适时掌握粮情,对采取有效储粮措施、确保储粮安全,具有重要意义。本文采用原因后果分析(CCA)法对粮堆粮温升高事件进行危险源辨识与评价,通过定性与定量分析,提出预防事故发生、降低风险的相应措施,以期为相关研究提供参考与借鉴。 Grain piles is the basic form of grain storage,which is a group of grains.In the stored grain ecosystem,the grain piles react with other factors and reflect many physical properties.The heat of the grain piles is an unavoidable characteristic of the grain,and it is a dangerous signal of the unsafe stored grain.The objective safety evaluation of grain piles can grasp the grain situation in time,which is of great significance to take effective grain storage measures and ensure the safety of grain storage.In this paper,the cause-consequence analysis(CCA)was used to identify and evaluate the hazard sources of the temperature rising event in grain piles.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis analysis,the corresponding measures to prevent the accident and reduce the risk were put forward,in order to provide reference and reference for relevant research.
