摘要
土壤是人类社会发展的重要战略资源,健康的农田土壤不仅是食品安全的基本要求,也是人类健康的根本保障。目前关于农田土壤中微塑料的研究尚处于起步阶段,由于缺乏统一的检测标准,关于农田土壤微塑料丰度的报道差异较大。我国农田土壤重金属含量总体上呈现明显的南高北低、西高东低的分布规律,与微塑料污染有一定的耦合关系。微塑料对重金属的吸附可使其产生富集效应,可能增加其生物有效性和毒性。重金属被吸附后可随着微塑料进行迁移转化,通过解吸作用向环境中释放,造成更大范围的污染。由于农田土壤受人类活动影响较大,微塑料和重金属在土壤中的迁移、转化规律及耦合后的毒性效应需要进一步探究。本文对我国农田土壤中微塑料和重金属的污染现状、分布和迁移规律及两者的作用关系进行综述,并对未来的研究方向做了展望,为农田土壤中微塑料和重金属污染防控提供一定参考。
Soil is an important strategic resource for the development of human society.Healthy farmland soil is not only a basic requirement for food safety,but also a fundamental guarantee for human health.At present,the research on microplastics in farmland soil is still in its infancy.Due to the lack of uniform testing standards,the reported abundance of microplastics in farmland soil is quite different.The concentration of heavy metals in farmland soil in China generally presents an obvious distribution pattern of high in the south and low in the north,and high in the east and low in the west,which has a certain correlation with microplastics pollution.The adsorption of heavy metals by microplastics can produce an enrichment effect of heavy metals,which might increase its bioavailability and toxicity.After being adsorbed,heavy metals might migrate and transform along with the microplastics,and be released into the environment through desorption,which could cause a wider range of pollution.Since farmland soil is greatly affected by human activities,the migration and transformation laws of microplastics and heavy metals in soil need to be further explored.In this paper,the current situation of microplastics and heavy metal pollution in farmland soil in China were summarized,their distribution,migration rule and their correlations were analyzed,and the future research direction was prospected.This study could provide a certain references for prevention and control of microplastic and heavy metal pollution in farmland soil.
