摘要
陶瓷膜处理含油废水具有除油率高、机械性能好、热稳定性强、耐腐蚀以及耐高温等优点,但严重的膜污染成为了陶瓷膜广泛应用的制约因素,国内外研究学者常通过改性的方式来改善陶瓷膜抗污染性能。本文从表面改性及本体改性两个方面整理总结了近几年陶瓷膜改性处理含油废水的抗污染性能的研究进展。最后,简要讨论了该研究领域面临的挑战和未来的研究方向,以期为陶瓷膜除油提供更广泛的研究思路。
The treatment of oily wastewater by ceramic membranes has the advantages of high oil removal rate, good mechanical properties, strong thermal stability, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, etc., but serious membrane fouling has become a limiting factor for the wide application of ceramic membranes. Researchers often improve the antifouling properties of ceramic membranes by modification. In this paper, the research progress of the anti-pollution performance of ceramic membrane modification in the treatment of oily wastewater in recent years was summarized from two aspects: surface modification and ontology modification. Finally, the challenges and future research directions in this research field were briefly discussed, to provide a broader research idea for ceramic membrane oil removal.
