摘要
国潮文化崛起代表着民族文化创新被推向新高度。“国潮”是中国潮流的简称,背后蕴含着文化传承与文化创新的双重含义。国潮文化兴起,不仅是国民文化自信的提升,还是消费需求日益个性化、电商行业持续发力等原因在背后推波助澜的作用,创新驱动国潮品牌接续发展,激励创新更是知识产权制度的任务之一,本文论述了国潮发展与知识产权之间的双向促进关系,为国潮文化发展提供了知识产权保护方法。
The rise of national tide culture represents that national cultural innovation has been pushed to a new height. “National Tide” is not only the abbreviation of Chinese tide, but also contains the double meanings of cultural inheritance and cultural innovation. The rise of National Tide Culture is not only due to the improvement of national cultural confi dence, but also the ef fected by the increasingly personalized consumer demand, the continuous power of the e-commerce industry and other reasons. Innovation drives the continuous development of brands, and encouraging innovation is one of the tasks of the intellectual property system. This paper discusses the bidirectional promotion relationship between the development of National Tide Culture and intellectual property, and provides intellectual property protection methods for the development of National Tide Culture.
