摘要
在CDPF催化剂上,通过掺杂浓度10、20和30g/L的La_(2)O_(3)的助剂制备了不同的CDPF样品,采用XRD、XPS、H2-TPR等表征方法以及活性评价技术,研究掺杂不同浓度La_(2)O_(3)的CDPF载体表面催化剂的理化特性和催化活性的关系。结果表明:随着La_(2)O_(3)的掺杂浓度的增加,样品的结晶度先增大再减小;样品表面的Pt原子浓度先降低再升高;样品对CO的氧化活性呈下降趋势;样品对C_(3)H_(8)的特征温度T_(10)和T_(50)均呈先增加再降低,然后再增加的趋势;样品对NO_(2)产率的T_(10)呈增加趋势。
In this paper,different CDPF samples were prepared on the CDPF catalyst by doping La_(2)O_(3)additives with the concentration of 10,20 and 30 g/L.the relationship between the physicochemical characteristics and catalytic activity of the CDPF carrier surface catalyst doped with different concentrations of La_(2)O_(3)was studied by XRD,XPS,H2-TPR and other characterization methods and activity evaluation techniques.The results show that as the La_(2)O_(3)doping concentration increases,the crystallinity of the sample first increases and then decreases;the Pt atomic concentration on the surface of the sample first decreases and then increases;the oxidation activity of the sample to CO shows a downward trend;the characteristic temperature T_(10)and T_(50)of the samples for C_(3)H_(8)both increase first and then decrease,and then increase again;the T_(10)of the samples for NO_(2)generation rate shows an increasing tendency.
