摘要
目的:分析基于目标管理理论的护理方案对冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)围手术期抗凝治疗致出血风险的防控效果。方法:选取我院2020年1—12月的85例PCI手术患者为对照组,给予常规护理管理;选取2021年1—12月的96例PCI手术患者为观察组,给予基于目标管理理论的护理管理。比较两组干预后出血事件发生率、心脑血管事件发生率、凝血功能、肝肾功能及生活质量。结果:干预后观察组出血事件、心脑血管事件发生率显著低于对照组(5.21%vs 12.94%,6.25%vs 18.82%,P<0.05);干预后观察组各项凝血功能指标、肝肾功能指标及生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于目标管理理论的护理方案能降低PCI围手术期抗凝治疗患者的出血事件、心脑血管事件发生率,改善凝血功能和生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing program based on target management theory on the prevention and control of hemorrhagic risk caused by anticoagulation treatment during perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:85 cases of PCI patients in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group and given routine nursing program. 96 cases of PCI patients from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group and given nursing program based on target management theory. The incidence of bleeding events, the incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular events, coagulation function, liver and kidney function, and quality of life were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results:After the intervention, the incidences of bleeding events and cardio-cerebrovascular events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(5.21% vs 12.94%, 6.25% vs 18.82%, P<0.05). After the intervention, the indexes of coagulation function, liver and kidney function, and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing program based on target management theory can reduce the incidences of bleeding events and cardio-cerebrovascular events, and improve the coagulation function and quality of life in patients undergoing anticoagulation treatment during the perioperative period of PCI.
