数字化技术助力科研育人结硕果

摘要 在“123N”科研育人的模式下,党建引领回答了“为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人”的问题,并通过人工智能、增材制造、虚拟现实等数字化技术助力提升科研育人的本领。在实施过程中,该项目团队坚持“科技为人民谋幸福”的科研育人主线,使教师和学生分别走两条路径,从而实现提升科研育人这一效果,通过“一年级筑基础、二年级当助手、三年级实践练项目”的三阶段培养步骤,逐渐提升学生的科研能力。同时,科研选题聚焦在弘扬中华传统文化、紧扣民生与企业的N个痛点等方面。 Under the“123N”mode of scientific research and education,the party construction leads the way to answer the question of“Who to train,who to train,how to train”,and through artificial intelligence,additive manufacturing,virtual reality and other digital technology to promote the ability of scientific research and education.In the process of implementation,the project team adhere to the main line of scientific research and education,which is“Science and technology for the People’s happiness”,and teachers and students take two paths to enhance the effect of scientific research and education respectively,through the three-stage training steps of“First-grade Foundation Building,second-grade assistant,third-grade practice project”,students’scientific research ability is gradually promoted.Meanwhile,scientific research topics focus on promoting traditional Chinese culture,closely linked to the livelihood of the people and Enterprises N pain points.
