摘要
财务管理是企业经营管理中的重要组成部分,对优化企业资源配置、降低企业运营成本具有重要意义。业财融合是提升经济效益的有力举措,能够为财务管理建设提供新思路,打破业务、财务两大领域割裂状态,在二者融合的前提下实施高效管控,使业务活动作为企业发展“先锋”,为企业财务管理指明方向,实现管理目标。文章分析了业财融合与财务管理之间的关系,阐述了实施业财融合的必要性,并以某企业为例,有针对性地提出了业财融合的实施策略,旨在发挥业务与财务的融合管控作用,提高企业财务管理水平,推动企业稳健发展。
Financial management is an important part of enterprise operation and management,which is of great significance to optimize enterprise resource allocation and reduce enterprise operating costs.The integration of business and financial is a powerful measure to enhance economic benefits,which can provide new ideas for financial management construction,break the separation of business and financial fields,implement efficient management control under the premise of the integration of the business and financial,make business activities as the pioneer of enterprise development to point out the direction for financial management and achieving management goals.This paper analyzes the relationship between business and financial integration and financial management,expounds the necessity of implementing business and financial integration.Taking an enterprise as an example,this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of the integration of business and financial,aiming to give full play to the management and control role of the integration of business and financial,improve the level of financial management and promote the steady development of the enterprise.
