摘要
“边角料”食品销售借助互联网平台正在以迅猛的速度不断发展,其销售种类多样、市场潜力巨大的特点逐渐成为我国食品领域不可忽视的重要部分。阐述了网络销售“边角料”食品的现状和意义,分析了在相关制度规范不健全的当下,网络销售“边角料”食品出现的诸多乱象,提出解决这些问题需要构建“边角料”食品销售的法治化路径,从销售规范、责任制度、行业规范和宣传准则等方面作出努力,以期在保障其质量的同时能够进一步满足消费者多样化的需求。
With the help of the internet sales platform,the sales of ’scraps’ food is developing at a rapid speed.Its diverse sales types and huge market potential have gradually become an important part of China’s food industry.This paper expounds the current situation and significance of online sales of ’scraps’ food,and analyzes the problems of online sales of ’scraps’ food at the present time when the relevant regulations are not perfect.To solve these problems,it is necessary to build a legal path for the sale of ’scraps’ food,and make efforts from the aspects of sales norms,responsibility systems,industry norms and publicity guidelines,so as to further meet the diversified needs of consumers while ensuring the quality of their food.
