摘要 为实现煤矿井下带式输送机的安全可靠运行,对运输中出现的问题进行分析,发现当前煤矿的带式输送机系统中在视频监控、电机控制和数据传输有改进之处。根据《煤矿安全规程》的要求和现场的实际需求,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和博途组态软件的煤矿带式输送机智能监控系统。该系统具有人员违规入侵检测功能,可以识别人员危险行为,通过ZigBee技术无线传输传感器信息,并将报警信息发送到平台,当输送带发生故障时可以快速动作并发出报警,使用矢量变频器控制带式输送机,满足《煤矿安全规程》要求,同时满足实际现场需求。该系统运行可靠,达到煤矿带式输送机无人值守安全可靠的目的,对提高带式输送机的安全性和煤矿的高效生产有一定的实践意义。 In order to realize the safe and reliable operation of belt transportation in coal mine,the problems in belt transportation are analyzed,and the improvements in video monitoring,motor control and data transmission in current coal mine belt transportation system are found.According to the requirements of“Coal Mine Safety Regulations”and the actual needs of the site,an intelligent monitoring system for coal mine belt transportation based on programmable logic controller(PLC)and Botu configuration software was designed.The system has the function of intrusion detection of personnel violations,can identify dangerous behaviors of personnel,transmit sensor information wirelessly through ZigBee technology,and send the alarm information to the platform.When the belt fails,it can act quickly and give an alarm.It uses a vector converter to control the leather belt motor,which meets the requirements of the“Coal Mine Safety Regulations”and the actual on-site needs.The system runs reliably,achieves the goal of unattended safety and reliability of coal mine belt transportation,and has certain practical significance for improving the safety of belt transportation and efficient production of coal mines.
