中国煤层气固井技术难点及对策分析

摘要 中国煤储层的特点有别于美国,基本油气储层特征和生产特点也有很大的差别。制定的符合中国煤层气储层和采掘特点的固井技术缺乏目的性,导致中后期的采掘难度加大。从煤层地质环境和工程要素的角度考虑,对国内固井技术出现的不足进行了深入的调查和研究,指出了中国煤层气固井技术和水泥浆体系的重点与特性。站在煤层特性和采掘的角度,研究了可以满足中后期压裂和储层更新改造需要的固井技术和水泥浆体系,挑选煤岩吸咐水平低、初期强度大、便于维护储层、超低温下添加物配伍性较好的水泥浆体系。创建固井技术和水泥浆体对煤层压裂缝隙影响的评价技术体系,明确提出有效的设计方案及对水泥浆体密度、完成近压固井、维护煤层等要求。 The characteristics of coal reservoir in China are different from those in the United States,and the basic oil and gas reservoir characteristics and production characteristics are also very different.Because of the lack of purpose to formulate cementing technology in line with the characteristics of coalbed methane reservoir and extraction in China,the difficulty of recovery in the middle and late period is increased.From the perspective of geological environment and engineering elements of coal seam,this paper made an in-depth investigation and research on the shortcomings of cementing technology in China,and pointed out the key points and characteristics of coalbed methane cementing technology and cement slurry system in China.From the perspective of coal seam characteristics and mining,it studied the cementing technology and cement slurry system that can meet the needs of fracturing and reservoir renewal in the middle and late stage.The cement slurry system with low coal-rock adsorption level,high initial strength,reservoir maintenance and good compatibility of additives under ultra-low temperature was selected.It established the evaluation technology system of cementing technology and cement slurry’s influence on the fracturing crack of coal seam,and clearly put forward the effective design scheme and the requirements of cement slurry density,completion of close pressure cementing,maintenance of coal seam,etc.
