重型破冰船设计方案分析与综合评估探讨

摘要 重型破冰船是各国落实极地战略的重要依托装备,平台方案的大型化使得重型破冰船通常不仅具有较强的破冰或海冰管理能力,还兼顾执行引航拖带、调查测量、救援救助等多重任务。为更好地开展重型破冰船的方案论证和多方案寻优,本文通过构建重型破冰船总体技术方案的综合评估方法,基于国外重型破冰船使命任务与对应总体技术方案的分析,探讨评估流程以及具体评分方法的合理性。评估结果直观给出各国重型破冰船的综合能力量化比较,体现了不同国家重型破冰船的设计理念差异。研究结论可作为进一步开展标准化评估方法研究的基础,从而支撑重型破冰船自主设计技术方案的多视角论证和方案比较。 Heavy icebreakers are important supporting equipment for many countries to implement their polar strategies. Due to the large-scale platform design, heavy icebreakers usually not only have strong ice breaking or sea ice management capabilities, but also perform multiple tasks such as escorting and towing, environment investigation and research,search and rescue, and so on. In order to better develop the heavy icebreaker scheme demonstration and multi-scheme optimization, this paper constructs a synthetical evaluation method for heavy icebreaker design, and discusses the rationality of the evaluation process and specific scoring method based on the analysis of foreign heavy icebreaker mission and corresponding technical scheme. The evaluation results visually provide a quantitative comparison of the comprehensive capabilities of various heavy icebreakers and reveal design concept differences of difference countries. The research conclusions laid a foundation for further research on standardized evaluation methods, so as to support multi-perspective demonstration and scheme comparison of independent heavy icebreaker design.
