摘要
“阐释”本身就是公共形式。阐释对象是公共的,规范也是公共的。阐释的公共性通过“义例”或“体例”的公共性予以呈现。阐释的公共性具有历史性、民族性与世界性的相互蕴含性以及社会性表现的虚假性。图书与知识分类对阐释的公共性发挥了重要作用。阐释的公共性总是伴随着阐释的历史性。人类阐释行为的最初形态原本是公共性的。巫师是上古社会公共行为的标本代表。“诗”是最能标识上古社会生存状态的公共性概念。巫师的公共性奠定了诗歌作为人类母语的位置。与世界其他地方一样,中国最初的阐释学同样是事物注经学,在始源之处即体现出鲜明的公共性。上古时期最典型的公共空间是祭祀场所。由鬼神到祭祀、卜筮、居间说话,最后到文化制度兴起、生活的社会秩序达成,均以公共性的祭祀活动为开端,同时以其为主轴而展开。
“Interpretation”itself is a public form.The interpretive object is public,so is its norm.The public nature of interpretation is presented through that of“examples of argumentation”or“stylistic rules”.The public nature of interpretation has the mutual implication of historical,national and cosmopolitan nature and the falsity of sociality manifestation.Books and knowledge classification play an important role in the public nature of interpretation.The public nature of interpretation is always accompanied by the historical nature of interpretation.The primitive form of human interpre-tive behavior was originally public.Wizards were the archetypal examples of public behavior in the ancient society.“Poetry”is the concept of publicity which can best identify the state of subsistence in the ancient society.The public nature of wizards established poetry as the mother tongue of man-kind.As in the rest of the world,the original hermeneutics in China was also the study of scripture,which reflected a distinct public nature from the very beginning.The most typical public space in ancient times was sacrificial place.From ghosts and gods to sacrificial rites,divination,message-passing between god and man and finally to the rise of cultural system and the achievement of social order of life,all began with public sacrificial activities and at the same time developed around them.
