摘要
目的探讨系统性院前急救护理模式对妇科急腹症患者依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法回顾性分析30例急腹症患者的临床资料,依据护理模式划分为对照组(13例)与观察组(17例)。对照组采取常规急救处理,观察组采取系统性院前急救护理模式。比较两组急救患者依从性与护理满意度。结果观察组总依从率为94.12%,高于对照组的69.23%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组急救成功率为100%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组服务意识、抢救效率、沟通协调、救护技术及抢救效果评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性院前急救护理模式可有效改善妇科急腹症患者的护理依从性,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic pre-hospital emergency nursing mode on the compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with gynecological acute abdomen.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with acute abdomen were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(13 cases)and observation group(17 cases)according to the nursing mode.The control group received routinefirst aid treatment,and the observation group received systematic pre-hospitalfirst aid nursing mode.The compliance and nursing satisfaction of emergency patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of observation group was 94.12%,higher than that of control group(69.23%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The success rate offirst aid in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 76.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service awareness,rescue efficiency,communication and coordination,rescue technique and rescue effect in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic pre-hospital emergency nursing mode can effectively improve the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of gynecological acute abdomen patients.
