摘要
目的分析耳穴埋豆结合穴位贴敷方案在妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者恶心呕吐预防中的效果。方法选取80例妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者,结合1:1原则随机分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。均给予常规化疗,对照组不采取任何干预措施,试验组采取耳穴埋豆结合穴位贴敷方案治疗。比较两组恶心呕吐严重程度及生活质量。结果试验组恶心呕吐严重程度明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的社会功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、生理职能、生理功能、精神健康、情感职能维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者给予耳穴埋豆结合穴位贴敷方案治疗,能够对恶心呕吐症状产生有效的预防和控制作用,有利于患者疾病的治疗及预后改善。
Objective To analyze the effect of embedding beans in auricular points combined with acupoint application in the prevention of nausea and vomiting in patients with postoperative chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumor.Methods 80 patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing postoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group according to the 1:1 principle.All patients were given conventional chemotherapy,the control group did not take any intervention measures,and the experimental group was treated with ear point embedding and acupoint application.The severity of nausea and vomiting and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The severity of nausea and vomiting in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social function,physical pain,general health,vitality,physiological function,physiological function,mental health and emotional function of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gynecological malignant tumor treated by postoperative chemotherapy,embedding beans in auricular points combined with acupoint application can effectively prevent and control nausea and vomiting symptoms,which is conducive to the treatment of the patients'disease and improve the prognosis.
