摘要
以传动效率超高的某涡扇发动机人字齿星型轮系为研究对象,建立含有错位角的人字齿轮模型,采用ROMAX软件研究错位角对人字齿轮副所受轴向力及其动态性能的影响。结果表明:错位角对人字齿轮副所受轴向力的影响随周节偏转变化而周期性变化;在星型轮系中错位角对太阳轮和内齿圈所受轴向力的影响可以忽略,而对星轮所受轴向力影响较明显,这主要是因为太阳轮和内齿圈与多个星轮啮合而出现多齿均化效应。尽管错位角会产生轴向力,但选择合适的错位角会减小人字齿轮啮合综合刚度的波动,从而使人字齿星型轮系动态啮合力更加平稳。
Taking the herringbone star gear train of a turbofan engine with ultra-high transmission efficiency as study object, the herringbone gear model with stagger angle was established, the influence of stagger angle on the axial force and dynamic performance of herringbone gear pair were studied by the software ROMAX. The results show that the influence of stagger angle on the axial force of herringbone gear varies periodically with the variation of pitch. In the star gear set, the influence of stagger angle on the axial force of the sun gear and inner ring gear can be ignored, but the effect on the axial force of the star gear is more obvious, which is mainly due to the multi-teeth homogenization effect of the sun gear and inner ring gear meshing with multiple star gears. Although the stagger angle causes axial forces, choosing the right stagger angle will reduce the fluctuation of the combined stiffness of the herringbone gear mesh, thus making the dynamic meshing force more stable.
