摘要
文章介绍了BIM技术在绿色建筑中的应用流程及具体实施,基于“构件级”BIM造价模型,利用量价结合的特点,针对某绿色建筑住宅与普通住宅的差异,进行精细化分析造价差异,进一步推动建筑行业绿色、信息化、标准化发展,提升了建筑工程项目全寿命项目管理水平。
This paper introduces the application process and concrete implementation of BIM technology in Green Building. Based on the "Component-level" BIM cost model, combined with the characteristics of quantity and price, aiming at the difference between a green building residence and ordinary residence, this paper carries out fine analysis of cost difference, further promotes the development of green, information and standardization in construction industry, and improves the whole life project management level of construction engineering projects.
