摘要
针对烟草公司员工岗位心理健康监测中存在监测效果差、准确度低的问题,提出设计一种基于健康因素指标的烟草公司员工岗位心理健康监测系统,运用德尔菲技术构建心理健康因素指标体系,通过心理状态评价标准计算各指标因子的比重值,在此基础上,设计烟草公司员工岗位心理健康监测模型,将员工心理状态指标输入模型,监测公司员工的心理健康状况。测试结果表明,系统的监测结果与实际结果基本一致,且监测准确度较高,具有较大的可行性。
There are problems in post mental health monitoring of employees in the tobacco company,i.e.poor monitoring effect and low accuracy.The study proposes the post mental health monitoring system for employees in the tobacco company based on health factor index.Then the study constructs mental health factor index system through Dephi method,calculates the ratio of all index factors through mental status evaluation standard,designs post mental health monitoring model,inputs mental status index into the model,and monitors the mental health situation of enterprise employees.The monitoring results show that the monitoring results of the system is generally the same as the actual results,with high monitoring accuracy,and great feasibility.
