摘要
近年来,国家不断出台各项政策以期促进高端智能制造业的发展,鼓励企业进行技术创新,通过这种方式增强企业核心竞争力,以此推动产业高质量发展。从目前情况来看,中国的制造业企业为了能通过更短的时间掌握技术往往会采取收购的方式,获取海外先进技术,在掌握关键创新技术的基础上从而实现协同创新。本文以美的收购库卡为例进行深入研究,围绕本次收购案的动因,从背景、收购过程、风险等方面评价美的收购库卡案,最后进行总结,提出建议,以期为家电制造企业在海外收购提供一定的借鉴意义,以此在此类收购案中能更好地应对可能发生的风险。
In recent years,the state has continuously issued various policies to promote the development of high-end intelligent manufacturing industry,encourage enterprises to carry out technological innovation,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in this way,so as to promote the high-quality development of the industry.From the current situation,in order to master technology in a shorter time,Chinese manufacturing enterprises often take the way of acquisition to acquire overseas advanced technology,and realize collaborative innovation on the basis of mastering key innovative technologies.This paper takes Midea’s acquisition of Kuka as an example to conduct in-depth research.Focusing on the motivation of this acquisition,it evaluates Midea’s acquisition of Kuka from the aspects of background,acquisition process,risk,etc.Finally,it makes a summary and puts forward suggestions,with a view to providing some reference significance for home appliance manufacturing enterprises in overseas acquisitions,so as to better deal with possible risks in such acquisitions.
